Outline of “demonstration furnace” to be installed at the Takiharu Techno Center
The demonstration furnace, which has the same construction as the volume equipment is installed at our Takiharu Techno Center, is open to customers who visit and wish to try operation of the equipment. It will contribute to the smooth start of the equipment of the customers to get the requirements before the installation of the volume production furnace.
